Grandma & Grandpa's 50th Anniversary

We noticed that Mataya had two "grown-up teeth" growing behind her baby teeth, so we took her to the dentist to have 4 teeth pulled. She was so excited. They were her first teeth to be pulled. One tooth even flew across the room. That made her giggle. Everything was fine until she realized she was bleeding...30 minutes after we were home. Then she went into panic mode.

We see this adorable face quite often lately! Just about anything kicks it off...the wrong clothes, leaving cee cee alone, homework, stop running like a horse...especially stop running like a horse, cleaning up toys...the best part about it is that she has a walk that is equally funny.

I can't give you the wrong impressions though. Mataya is a great helper and she has grown up so much in the last few months. She has great manners and is doing very well in school. Her math and reading are excelling quickly. We love our angel!

Erica and Myleigh were able to fly home for Brycen's funeral. We are so greatful for the time they were here! It was so close to Myleigh's Birthday we gave her a party. Who knows when the next time they will be here for her birthday so there was no way we weren't going to have that party!

We heard about this great pumpkin patch last year and loved it! So we decided to make it a tradition and go back every year. We will be carving that fat pumpkin tonight!
