Mataya's Friends

Yummy!

My mom made potato soup with bread bowls this week and I just couldn't throw out all that bread from the center of the bowl. So I attempted to make my own croutons. They turned out great!

Mataya's first hair cut at the beauty salon was when she was only a year and a half. I have been cutting her hair myself since then. But this week we went to Carlisle Beauty and had my hair trimmed. Mataya begged me to take her to the "Beauty Shop" for "New Hair." Today she had her second hair cut by Meikel...and she LOVES it. It was quite a day for her.
Grandpa took Mataya to see the "Race Horses" today. She has been excited for over a week. Notice she didn't forget to wear her "cow-girl clothes"

One day while Mataya was drawing she started telling me and Jordan about how your blood cirulates through your body and what happens if it doesn't circulate. Below is a video of her. Listen closely to the words she uses. By the way, we still have no idea where she picked up this concept. Be patient...it's worth watching!
I'm not sure where she inherrited this smile, but it cracks me up!

Mataya likes to help when I make the diaper cakes.
What a CUTE date!
